REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy:

Our focus is to ensure customer satisfaction. We will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation.

Please check the product detail page to determine if an item is returnable. Items that do not fall into returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply, so please read the return policy carefully for each item on the product page.

Once your return is received and complies with our return policy, we will credit the refund amount to your LINTEUM COUTURE account as store credit. Refunds will reflect in your account within 4 to 5 business days.

Purchases made during sales and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Custom duty, sales tax, and shipping charges are non-refundable. International shoppers may be able to recover duty charges by contacting their local customs bureau directly; however, this may not be available in all countries.

EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We value our customers, and if there is any issue regarding fabric damage, size, or quality, we will replace the item. If the same dress is unavailable, we will provide an alternative design of equal value.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
  • All returns within Pakistan are free of cost.
  • Items that are used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Steps for Replacement:

  1. Contact us via email at [email], phone at [contact number], or WhatsApp at [WhatsApp number] to inform us of the reason for the exchange.
  2. You will receive an email/text confirming acceptance of the return.
  3. Ensure the item is in its original condition before returning.
  4. Once we receive the item and it is verified by our Quality Department, we will process the exchange within 10 to 15 working days.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the conditions defined above.

SHIPPING POLICY

Important Note (Domestic Shipping):

All shipping within Pakistan is FREE OF COST.

Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, a sales representative will contact you for confirmation. No order will be shipped without confirmation.

Delivery Address:

A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

Shipping Time:

Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 72 business hours. You will receive SMS and email notifications after dispatch.

Contact Information

  • If your provided phone number is unreachable, your order may be cancelled after 24 hours.
  • If we are unable to ship your items within 2 to 3 working days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund (if advance payment was made).
  • Custom orders take 6 to 8 weeks for completion and dispatch, as handmade items require additional time.

PAYMENT POLICY

  1. Customized Orders: Any customized order placed via the website or WhatsApp requires 50% advance payment and 50% on Cash on Delivery.
  2. Bank Transfers: For online transfers, our bank details will be provided upon request.
