We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

ORDER PROCESS:

Step 1: Order the dress you like on the website.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation text or a confirmation email on your mobile device.
Step 3: Your available dress will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days. Customized dresses will require additional time according to your specifications.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the destination country. Clearing these charges with the courier company falls to the customer in order to free the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot determine these charges at the time of order placement, as they vary between states and countries.

Important Notes:

In-stock orders are sent within 2 to 3 working days.

Once the order has been shipped, the email confirming will include a tracking code.

Regardless of the destination country, international shipping is computed depending on the volumetric weight of every order and will show during checkout.
